Refund policy
Customers wishing to exchange or refund merchandise purchased online at oioba.com must first send a require e-mail to geral@oioba.com.
Oiôba will accept items for an exchange (excluding shipping charges) for one with the same value.
All claims must be lodged within 14 days from date of shipping with a note of the correct size/model wanted. Items must be in original condition, and must not have been worn, altered or washed. Original tags and hygienic strip must remain in place.
After receiving back the item the exchange will be processed at 7 days. Oiôba as the right to deny the return based in the items bad condition, does not offer refunds and is not responsible or accountable for the loss of garments being returned.
Sale/Outlet items will not be accepted for return or exchange.
